Shine your shoes like an expert with this extensive shoe care set. This set allows you to gently clean and nourish your shoes using Saphir Lotion and afterwards shine and protect your shoes with Saphir Pommadier cream polish. To deep clean your shoes we added Saphir Renomat to the set. This way you can completely strip your shoes of shoe polish if needed. Optionally, you can top off your shine with a shoe wax for a high gloss finish. This set is suitable for most smooth leathers such as calfskin leather. Are you looking to treat two different coloured shoes? Then we recommend ordering another basic set so you can complete your brushes set and get another colour Pommadier cream.

Colour choice:
For black leather shoes we recommend using black shoe cream and for all other colours a neutral shoe cream. If you are looking specifically to camouflage scratches or bring up the colour of the leather a bit then use a colour that matches the colour of your shoes the closest. If you are doubting between two colours pick the darker of the two since a darker colour will perform better covering up marks on the leather. Do you need brushes and shoe cream for two different colour shoes? Than we advice ordering two basic sets to have a set of brushes and a cream for each pair. Lotion or Renovateur?
Don't know which to pick? We often explain the difference between the two by explaining how you would use them. Saphir Lotion is a great multipurpose cleaner and conditioner for everyday use. The Lotion is less rich in oils and waxes and therefore you can use it more often than Saphir Renovateur. Lotion is also better suited to treat larger surfaces of leather than Renovateur is. So besides shoes Lotion is also great for treating furniture, car interiors, leather bags and leather jackets. Renovateur on the other hand is richer in nourishing ingrediënts than Lotion. You want to use Renovateur once a week at a maximum to prevent oversaturating the leather with oils. Are you looking for the best conditioning for your shoes? Then pick Renovateur. If you are looking for a more practical multipurpose conditioner then pick Lotion.

Pate de Luxe
Saphir Pate de Luxe is available in multiple colours and can be used for mirror shining or just an overall high shine finish. Use Pate de Luxe to build up layers of glossy was on the toe cap and heel of the shoes. If you are not familiar with mirror shining we recommend combining Pate de Luxe with Saphir Mirror Gloss to create an easy mirror shine finish on your shoes. Please note that Mirror Gloss contains no nourishment so you cannot replace Pate de Luxe with Mirror Gloss since they work very differently.

Renomat
Renomat is great in removing old shoe polish from your shoes from old and/or synthetic shoe polish. This cleaner contains just enough solvents to remove shoe polish without affecting the dye in the leather. Renomat is also a great stain remover and can be used on very specific points on the shoes.
